由旅比华人专业人士协会（ACPB）和中比科技园(China Belgium Technology Center ‘CBTC’)共同主办的 “首届中比科技交流研讨会” 于 2019 年 6 月 29 日在布鲁塞尔召开。来自中比两国医药健康、信息技术、高端制造、现代农业等多个领域的近两百名专业人士在欧盟首都握手团聚，共同探讨中比两国科技合作的美好前景。交流研讨会取得了圆满成功，受欢迎的程度远超预期，得到了与会使馆领导、中比教授、学者、企业家、留学生们的肯定！
2020 年冠状病毒大流行产生的快速而巨大的冲击以及防控措施造成的经济停摆使世界经济陷入严重收缩。此次新冠肺炎疫情冲击之下，科技应用在各个社会领域中的重要性进一步凸显，科技实力成为能否更好应对此次疫情大考的关键因素。危机中潜藏着挑战和机遇，同时此次疫情暴露出来的诸多问题正是全球经济在迈入高质量发展阶段所面临的“短板”，补齐“短板”能够有效提高经济系统运行效率，为经济复苏寻找有效路径。同时，越是艰难的时刻，我们越要奋进开拓，越要团结起来，ACPB 将与 CBTC一起召开第二届中比科技交流（网络）研讨会，探讨当前疫情形势下，中比科技创新研发所面临的挑战和合作的机遇，欢迎您的加盟参与！

“The Second Sino-Belgium Science and Technology Exchange Symposium”

Dear Friends:
“The 1st Sino-Belgium Science & Technology Exchange Symposium” co-organised by the Association of Chinese Professionals in Belgium (ACPB) and China Belgium TechnologyCenter (CBTC) on 29 June 2019 in Brussels was a big success. Nearly 200 professionals from the fields of medicine and health, information technology, high-end manufacturing, and modern agriculture in China and Belgium gathered under one roof in Brussels to discuss the bright prospects of scientific and technological cooperation between China and Belgium.The results and its popularity were far better and higher than we expected. It was affirmed by all theparticipants, professors, scholars, entrepreneurs, and students!
The rapid and huge impact of the pandemic of Covid-19 in 2020 and the economic shutdown caused by prevention and control measures have plunged the world economy into a severe contraction. At the same time, the importance of the application of technology in various social fields has been further highlighted, and the power of science and technology has become a key factor in whether it can better respond to the torturing of the epidemic. It is undeniable that many economic and social problems exposed by the epidemic are the “shortcomings” that the global economy is facing as it enters into a stage of high-quality development. Supplementing the “shortcomings” can effectively improve the operation of the economic system and rebuild & recover it as strong as possible. The smart sees always faster the opportunities hidden in the crisis. Meanwhile, the harder the time, the more we must forge ahead. With these points in mind, ACPB and CBTC work jointly for the 2nd Sino-Belgium Science and Technology Exchange Webinar to look for the opportunities in a global perspective in the post-Covid-19 era.
