各位好！

2019年6月29日ACPB和CBTC共同主办的首届中比科技交流研讨会将为中比科技双向交流搭建一个充分交流的平台，促进会员学者之间的交流、促进留学生之间的交流、促进中比学者与企业之间的交流、促进企业与学者之间的合作、和中比企业之间的交流。目前各项准备工作正在进行中，现正进入报名注册环节，希望广大科技界学人，学者、科研人员、企业报名。

按照报名的类目不同，大会设立如下规则：

1, 录取的论文作者（一人，包括口头发言和展报）免注册费。但展报作者必须参加展报演示环节，否则将支付展报印刷费用35欧。

2，会员和在读学生注册费：10欧

3，会员家属注册费：20欧

4，非会员以个人名义参加注册费：30欧

5，展报宣传注册费：200欧，

6，展台及口头宣传及招聘机会注册费：500欧

注册费主要用于参加交流会，午餐，茶歇，会务资料等。愿意参加晚宴的与会者请注明并支付40欧。

The First China-BelgiumScience and Technology Exchange Symposium

Registration notice

 

Dear Madam, Dear Sir,

 

On June 29, 2019, Association of Chinese Professionals in Belgium (ACPB) and China Belgium Technology Center (CBTC) will jointly host the First Science and Technology Exchange Symposium to build a platform for communication between China and Belgium. It will further promote exchanges and cooperation between members, scholars, international students, and enterprises. Preparations are currently underway and are now in the process of registration. Scholars, researchers, and enterprises in the China-Belgium science and technology sector are welcome to attend.

According to the categories of registration, the registration fee shows below:

  1. The author of the accepted paper (one person, oral presentations or posters) is exempt from registration fees. The poster author must participate in the poster presentation; otherwise, the printing fee of posters will be paid (35 euro).
  2. Membership and student: 10 euro
  3. Member family: 20 euro
  4. Non-members participate in their name: 30 euro
  5. Offering Posters Promotion: 200 euro
  6. Offering oral speech, booth promotion, and recruitment opportunities: 500 euro

 

The registration fee includes participation fee in exchange symposium, lunch, tea break, symposium materials, etc. Participants who are willing to attend the dinner are kindly requested to indicate and pay 40 euro.
