During the conference, we have reserved a limited number of hotel rooms for attendees. As the number of rooms at the discounted rate is very limited, the organizing committee will allocate accommodation on a first-come, first-served basis. For late reservation requests, the committee will do its best to coordinate but cannot guarantee room availability or the discounted rate.
